FYI: This property has manned-guard gates at each entry and a Ring doorbell.

1. ID may be required upon arrival.
2. The Minimum Stay is 5 days. 1-month stay is calculated on 30 days.
3. The Minimum Age of a Primary Renter is 28 years.
4. Check-In is 4:00 pm and Check-Out is 10:00 am.
5. All guests must be registered when booking.
6. Six (6) Guests are Maximum Capacity.
7. Lost Pool Card Key is a charge of $250.00.
8. Quiet time in outside areas is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 
9. No Parties or Events.
10. No Smoking.
11. No Pets are Allowed.
12. Children are Welcome In This Community.
13. The guest(s) shall not have the right to sublet the property.
14. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and Local Laws.
15. Guests or Short-Term Agreements expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of this property is for transient occupancy, and the guest does not intend to make the property a residence or household.
16. Guests and/or Tenants shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall be cause termination of this booking/agreement. 

Any violations of the-above listed house rules are immediate termination of the booking/agreement with no refund of rents and security deposits.
